They cannot diagnose your problem, but do have the ability to provide information to help you make decisions regarding your healthcare. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911 or go to a nearby emergency department. Otherwise, submit your question and you will receive a private response within 48 hours.

Patricia Weinstein, PhD, ARNP, NP-C, CNE

Questions are answered by Patricia Weinstein, PhD, ARNP, NP-C, CNE. Dr. Weinstein is a board certified nurse practitioner and certified nurse educator. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, her master’s degree from the Medical College of Georgia, and her PhD from the University of Central Florida. Her research is focused on lupus. She is a board member and chairman of education for the Lupus Foundation of Florida and volunteers at a lupus/rheumatology clinic for the uninsured. Dr. Weinstein has written and presented on numerous topics related to patients with lupus.
